Bobby Spivey

Bobby Spivey is an experienced land broker at National Land Realty since October 2019, following a significant tenure as President of Spivey Enterprises/Quik Shoppe Food Stores from August 2011 to October 2019, where responsibility included operations and financial success for a high-volume convenience store chain with average annual sales of $40 million and oversight of approximately 120 employees. Prior to that, Bobby served as a Real Estate Broker at CENTURY 21® Murphy & Rudolph from January 1997 to August 2011, specializing in real estate sales in the greater Charlotte Metro region, particularly around Mountain Island Lake. Bobby's career began in operations management at Spivey Enterprises from July 1990 to December 1996, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Wingate University.
