Lauren Richards is a skilled professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Since July 2022, Lauren serves as the Recruiting & Training Coordinator at National Land Realty, where innovative technology and data-driven strategies are utilized to enhance land brokerage services. In addition, Lauren has been a Recruitment and Social Media Consultant at LR Strategies since March 2020, focusing on effective hiring practices. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Mountain View Concepts from July 2017 to December 2019, contributing to business growth through strategic consumer engagement. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with Professional Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
