Dilibert John currently serves as an Ambassador for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, providing training and technical assistance to law enforcement agencies while supporting the organization’s mission related to officer health and well-being. Prior to this role, Dilibert John held multiple positions at the Ada County Sheriff's Office, including Captain, commanding the largest county jail in Idaho, and Sheriff Lieutenant, overseeing police patrol services. Dilibert John's extensive law enforcement career includes roles at the Burbank Police Department, where responsibilities ranged from Grants Specialist to Police Lieutenant, as well as significant involvement in departmental initiatives and community engagement. In addition to law enforcement duties, Dilibert John has contributed as a board member for various organizations, including the Burbank Unified School District and Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association. Dilibert John holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Chemistry, and has completed training in Homeland Security and Counter Terrorism.
