Deana Holiday Ingraham is the Director at National League of Cities. Deana previously worked as the Director of Student Discipline for Fulton County Schools from August 2010 to September 2016. In this role, they developed and coordinated system and community resources for a safe and disciplined learning environment. Deana also prepared and presented case and recommendations of administration in Student Disciplinary Hearings, ensured compliance with due process, and drafted administrative arguments for disciplinary appeal cases to the Fulton County Board of Education. Additionally, they served as a resource to administrators regarding student discipline legal issues, provided information and advice to administrators regarding all aspects of student discipline, supervised and evaluated the Office of Student Discipline staff, prepared annual budget for the Office of Student Discipline, and worked collaboratively with community agencies and departments at the local, county and state levels. Deana Holiday Ingraham has a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice with a specialty in Child Protection and Juvenile Justice from Nova Southeastern University. Deana also has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
