Ty Stober

Ty Stober is the current Director at National League of Cities. Prior to their current position, they were with C-TRAN, City of Vancouver, Washington, and Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. Ty has held various positions in the past including President & Founder of nLiven Media, Inc., Business Development at email2, and Vice President at AbsoluteIP.

Throughout their career, Ty has been responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing market strategies, and monitoring progress. Ty has been instrumental in reducing power consumption and increasing the presence of ductless heat pumps. Ty has a proven track record of identifying energy savings potential and developing processes and procedures to monitor market progress.

Ty Stober attended Canby High School and received a high school diploma. Ty then attended the University of Puget Sound and received a BA in Business Administration. After working for some time, they decided to further their education and received an MBA in International Business from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Ty also has a certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in Senior Executives in State and Local Government.
