Michael Mrozinski has a diverse range of work experience. Michael started their career as a Legal Assistant at Hetherington, Karpel, Bobber & Miller, LLC, where they handled client interviews and communication for various legal cases. Michael then worked as a Summer Law Clerk at The Equity Project, National Juvenile Defender Center, where they researched and compared policies on LGBT youth in the juvenile justice system. After that, they served as a Student Advocate at the Georgetown Law International Women's Human Rights Clinic, where they researched and produced reports and draft legislation on women and domestic workers' rights in Uganda.

Michael also worked as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center, where they researched racial discrimination issues.
