Alan Holmes

Alan Holmes currently serves as the Manager of Outreach at the National Liberty Museum since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the Young Heroes Outreach Program and managing a team of outreach educators. Holmes has a diverse background in education and the arts, having worked as a Teaching Artist for various organizations, including Dancing with the Students and People’s Light & Theatre, focusing on dance and drama for middle school students. Previous roles also include Outreach Educator and Museum Educator at the National Liberty Museum, performing outreach lessons and leading guided tours. Alan Holmes holds a BA in Comparative Humanities and Theatre from Bucknell University and completed studies at the Atlantic Acting School.
