Ata Azarshahi

Ata Azarshahi serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Services, Inc. since August 2020, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction. Concurrently, Ata holds the position of Senior Vice President, Life & Annuity Solutions at National Life Group since May 2013, responsible for product development and profitability management for Life and Annuity businesses. Previous roles at National Life Group include Vice President of Retirement, where Ata directed product design and management, and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ING Group, Legacy Marketing, Transamerica, Security First Group, and Pacific Life. Ata obtained a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science from Western University between 1981 and 1985.
