Greg Blood has extensive experience in operational roles within the insurance industry, notably with National Life Group since October 2012, where responsibilities include analyzing service failures and implementing improvement plans as a Field Operations Associate. Previous positions at National Life Group also include Team Lead for the eService Team and various roles focused on title services and case management. Prior to this, Greg held positions in sales and customer service at North American Connexions and The Kea Group. Early career experience includes roles as Office Manager and Store Manager in retail environments. Greg is currently pursuing further education at Ashford University, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Eastern Nazarene College.
