Kathy Naumann

Kathy Naumann is an experienced technology business leader currently serving as Head of Technology Business Management at National Life Group since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing supplier governance and overseeing IT financial management. Previously, Kathy held the position of Associate Director of IT Planning and Governance at JCPenney, leading a team focused on IT financial planning and vendor management. Kathy's extensive experience at 7-Eleven spanned over a decade, culminating in roles such as Senior Director of IT - Accounting & HR Solutions and Senior Director of IT Management Services, where responsibilities included IT solution delivery, project management governance, and managing enterprise contracts. Kathy holds a BBA in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business and has additional educational credentials from Victoria University of Wellington.
