Kris Wong

Kris Wong currently serves as the AVP of Life New Business Operations at National Life Group since April 2024. Previously, Kris held the position of Head of Distributor Experience and Operations Transformation at Zinnia from October 2022 to January 2024, leading operational team transformations. Kris also served as Vice President of Insurance Operations at Bestow from August 2020 to November 2022 and as AVP of Admin Services at Legal & General America from February 2007 to July 2020, managing various services including product support and customer service. Earlier roles include Senior Project Manager at Jackson National Life and Life Insurance Consultant/CMO at Digimedex. Kris's career began at ING as Director of Underwriting Operations and included experience as a Marketing Executive at Jones Lang LaSalle. Education includes a BA in History from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
