Moustafa Mahmoud Abousaleh, PMP®, serves as the Product Development Manager at National Lighting Company since December 2024, following a significant tenure at Pioneers Systems as Commercial and Industrial Product Manager, where over 150 lighting and LED display products were developed. Previous roles at PAN Lighting Factory included Developing and Technical Manager, leading the transition to LED manufacturing and overseeing the installation of SMT line machines. Moustafa also held various engineering and sales positions across different companies, gaining extensive experience in product development, technical support, and sales within the lighting industry. Moustafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Mansoura University, specializing in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology.
