Therese Provencher has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Therese started their career as a Registered Dietitian at Suburban Hospital in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Therese then joined The Village at Rockville, A National Lutheran Community, where they worked as a Registered Dietitian for the next five years. In 2013, Therese moved to National Lutheran Communities & Services and took on the role of Talent Learning Director. In this position, they led a team of educators across multiple locations and states, managed the annual department budget, and collaborated with C-suite leadership teams to introduce new initiatives and strengthen existing ones. Their main focus was on growing internal talent, meeting customer needs, and maintaining high-quality education programs.
Therese Provencher holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership, which they obtained from Southern New Hampshire University between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Messiah University from 2002 to 2005.
In addition to their academic degrees, Therese Provencher has acquired several certifications. Therese is a Certified Professional in Talent Development, having obtained this certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in February 2022. Therese is also an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Instructional Designer™, having completed the program at ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in June 2021.
Furthermore, they hold certifications in Storyline and Articulate 360, which they obtained in November 2018. Therese also completed the Personify Leadership Train the Trainer program in September 2018 and is an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certified by HRCI since July 2018.
Lastly, Therese Provencher is a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), a certification they received from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in August 2006.
