Danny Young

Danny Young is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the equipment rental and service industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC since April 2018, Danny leads efforts to provide premier equipment rental services in Colorado and Utah. Prior experience includes roles as District Manager of Operations at Shred-it, where Danny oversaw operations across three states and significantly improved district performance, and General Manager at Cintas, where consistent growth was achieved over a six-year tenure. Danny's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included training and mission execution as a Platoon Sergeant. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
