Eric Johnson is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in budget management and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Budget/Financial Analyst at the National Mediation Board since 2012, Eric prepares yearly financial analyses for Congressional budget submissions and develops monthly financial reports using Oracle financial databases. Prior experience includes a role as a Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, where Eric prepared budgets and complex narratives for senior management and created cost control reports for the Office of Management and Budget. Earlier, as an Economist/Industry Analyst at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Eric conducted market research and financial analysis across various industries. Eric holds a Master's degree in Finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University.

Directs the Board's ADR training programs; developes and maintains the training curricula; delivers training to interested parties; and conducts facilitation and grievance mediation.
