Abdul Salam Parammel

Abdul Salam Parammel is a seasoned business analyst and human resources professional with extensive experience in performance management, manpower planning, and HR operational functions. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at National Medical Care since May 2019, Abdul Salam has successfully initiated a Performance Management System and developed a structured Manpower Plan and Budgeting process.
