Gizelle C. has held various positions in the past seven years. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement for National Medical Fellowships, Inc. Prior to this role, they were the Founder of Pretty Ugly Grief since 2018, the Chief Igniter of Gizelle Sparks Genius since 2017, and held various roles at ACGME since 2018, including Project Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Executive Assistant, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Accreditation Administrator. Before that, they were the Program Manager of the McNulty Leadership Program at The Wharton School since 2014.

Gizelle holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rutgers University - Newark in Public and Nonprofit Management and Sociology, an Associate of Science - AS from Essex County College in Social Sciences, and a High School Diploma from Miss Porter's School. Gizelle also has experience from SEEDS - Access Changes Everything.
