Kacie Tross has extensive experience in forensic science and management, currently serving as the South Central Territory Manager for Forensic Toxicology at NMS Labs since September 2014. In this role, Kacie is responsible for meeting new client revenue goals, evaluating strategic business opportunities, and developing tactical plans to enhance customer base growth across multiple states. Previous roles at NMS Labs include Forensic Chemist II and Forensic Chemist I, where Kacie performed complex analyses, managed quality assurance procedures, and provided training and peer reviews. Kacie's background also includes security roles at AlliedBarton Security Services and forensic positions at American Systems, PBSO, and local police departments. Kacie holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science and Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, complemented by minors in Biochemistry and Mathematics, both from Duquesne University.
