T V Vijaya Kumar is a distinguished Chief Scientist at the National Metallurgical Laboratory, where a career spanning from November 1998 to the present has encompassed roles from Junior Scientist to Senior Principal Scientist. Prior experience includes positions at Hindustan Zinc Limited as Deputy Manager (Ore Dressing) and Junior Officer (Ore Dressing) at the National Mineral Development Corporation Limited R&D Centre. T V Vijaya Kumar holds a PhD in Mineral Processing from Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University and has also earned an M.Sc (Engg.) in Mineral Processing (Flotation) from the Indian Institute of Science, as well as a Master’s Degree in Mineral Processing from the Postgraduate Centre in Karnataka. Educational background also includes a B.Sc. in Geology, Physics, and Maths from Veerasaiva College.
