Jim Butscher

Jim Butscher has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on mortgage and real estate services.

Jim recently joined National Mortgage Insurance Corporation as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Prior to that, they held various executive positions at First American Title, where they led the strategy and delivery of core Title & Settlement solutions and financial applications. Jim also completed a multi-year cloud migration project.

Before First American Title, Jim served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Professional Real Estate Services Inc, where they partnered with divisional leaders to establish a strategic business and technology roadmap.

Jim also worked at Mr. Cooper, where they were the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Originations Technology and played a key role in developing and delivering mortgage origination technology strategies.

In addition, Jim has held leadership positions at MetLife Bank, Bank of America, Move Inc, and Walt Disney Company, where they worked on various technology projects and delivered innovative solutions.

Jim Butscher completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they completed in 2015.
