Stephen Cain

Stephen Cain is a Senior Director of Economic Research & Analysis at the National Milk Producers Federation. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions such as Economist at the American Butter Institute and the National Ice Cream Mix Association. With a background in agricultural economics and agribusiness, Stephen has also worked as a Consultant at IHS Markit and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University. Stephen has experience as a Legislative Aide in the Texas Senate and as a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives.
