Chairman - Western Florida Input Committee at National Minority Supplier Development Council

Andreas Y. Gruson is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of FleetGenius, LLC since December 2019, Gruson also serves as the Chairman of the Western Florida Input Committee for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ) since August 2023 and is a Board Member at Bigbelly. Additionally, Gruson has been a Partner at Industrial Advisory Services since 2004 and held the title of Executive Chairman and Chief Sustainability Officer at Compology until the company's sale to RoadRunner Recycling in October 2022. Previous roles include Director at Cardinal Logistics Management and Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital. Gruson has also served as Chairman at Wastequip and Estre Ambiental, as well as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee at Grupo Sala, which was sold to Veolia Environnement. Gruson's education includes an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, supplemented by studies at International Christian University and attendance at the Bronx High School of Science.
