Ying McGuire

Ying McGuire is the CEO & President at National Minority Supplier Development Council. Prior to their current role, Ying served as a Council Member for The United States Investment Advisory Council from January 2016 to December 2018. In this role, Ying advised Secretary Penny Pritzker and Secretary Wilbur Ross on the development and implementation of strategies and programs to attract and retain foreign direct investment (FDI) in the United States. Ying has also served as the Vice President of International Operations & Business Development for Technology Integration Group from June 2011 to July 2021. In this role, Ying was responsible for TIG's existing international operations and expansion of global business as well as leading TIG's business development with Fortune 500 companies. Ying led TIG international team's transformation from hardware sales to solution and service sales for profitability and competitive advantage and formed global strategic alliances to expand TIG capabilities and reach. Ying has been recognized as CRN's 2017, 2016, 2015 Women of The Channel.

Ying McGuire has a MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. from Nankai University.
