Sandeep Janardhanan has a significant amount of work experience in the field of information technology. Sandeep began their career as an Executive in Information Systems at Mahindra Holidays and Resort India Ltd in 1998 before moving on to BPL Cellular Limited as an Executive in Information Technology. In 2001, they joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as an IT Consultant. Following this, Sandeep joined Ooredoo Kuwait in 2002 and held various roles including Team Leader in Datawarehousing and Principal Technical Specialist. During their time at Ooredoo Kuwait, they were responsible for managing and leading the Datawarehousing team, planning and providing strategy for the Datawarehouse & Business Intelligence department, and managing projects related to Datawarehouse and Business intelligence.

Sandeep Janardhanan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Madras from 1994 to 1997. Sandeep also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. Sandeep has additional certifications including a PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute obtained in August 2011, and a Teradata Certified Master V2R5 from Teradata obtained in 2009.
