John Candler is a seasoned business owner and independent field inspector with extensive experience in the insurance and real estate sectors. Since May 2018, John has operated John's Inspection Services INC, conducting insurance underwriting inspections for various clients across the southern metroplex. In addition to this role, John has worked with multiple companies, including A2Z Field Services, CIS Group, National Mortgage Field Services, Millennium Home Inspection, and Pat Neff & Associates, performing a range of property inspections to assess conditions and verify occupancy for mortgage and asset management firms. Prior to these roles, John served as an independent insurance adjuster for Compass Adjusting Services, focusing on Hurricane Harvey-related claims. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate degree from Tarrant County College.

Our company specializes in all aspects of the mortgage field inspection business. We provide statewide coverage for several states, and partial coverage in others. Several of our clients use us as their “Go-To” company. Our niche’ is the “hard-to-find” Route and Box number addresses. We specialize in finding properties that no one else can find, or want to take the time to find. We can also do the easy inspections inside city limits.
