Dave Borsos

Vice President Capital Markets at National Multifamily Housing Council

Dave Borsos has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Dave began their career at Exxon Research and Engineering as a Project Engineer in 1981. In 1983, they transitioned to Atlantic Research Corporation where they served as a Project Engineer until 1985. From 1986 to 1989, they worked at First National Bank of Maryland as an AVP. Dave then joined Freddie Mac in 1989 as a Senior Director in SF Structured Finance, and later as a Senior Director in Multifamily Negotiated Transactions from 1999 to 2005. In 2010, they joined InScope International as a Director until 2011. From 2005 to 2014, Dave operated their own company, DJB Enterprises LLC, as a Principal. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Capital Markets at the National Multifamily Housing Council, where they are responsible for managing and guiding their multifamily finance policy on legislative and regulatory matters.

Dave Borsos obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. Dave then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1984 to 1986.
