Catkin M. is an experienced ICT service desk agent currently employed at National Museums Scotland since January 2022. In addition to this role, Catkin owns a part-time web reselling business, BlackFox IT, established in December 2019, focusing on customer service and fair pricing for web hosting and website building. Previous experience includes serving as a customer enquiries advisor at Edinburgh Leisure, a customer support engineer for an England-based startup, and a software product tester at Tenacious Fox Ltd, where Catkin received positive feedback for suggestions and documentation. Additional roles involve first line support at The Scottish Government, a store assistant at Asda, and work as a parking lot attendant for a running event. Catkin attended Peebles High School from 2012 to 2017.
