Jade Blair

Jade Blair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in volunteer management and community engagement. Currently serving as the Visitor Services Manager at National Museums NI since March 2022, Jade oversees recruitment and support for volunteers, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and best practices. Concurrently, as a Board Member and Director of Participation at Netball NI since January 2023, Jade provides strategic leadership to advance the organization's charitable objectives. Prior roles include Senior Volunteering & Community Officer at National Trust from February 2018 to March 2022, where Jade developed and executed the Volunteer & Community Plan, and Director of Participation at Netball NI from January 2017 to March 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Barnardo's as Volunteer Champion and Store Manager. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Ulster University and an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management from South West College.
