Prior to this role, Kent worked at Fastenal as an Outside Sales Manager from March 2008 to March 2012. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2010, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Washington State Community College, completed in 2005.
