Monica G. Avila is a seasoned digital experience manager with extensive expertise in web optimization and analytics. Currently at the National Notary Association since May 2018, Monica has spearheaded initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences through data-driven insights and testing strategies. Previous roles include web optimization and testing specialist as well as IT/web administrator at Avila Structural Engineering, where Monica focused on system maintenance, web development, and network infrastructure. Earlier career experiences include positions at SAGE Publications and Bank of the West, where Monica developed web solutions, technical documentation, and provided IT support. Monica holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from San Francisco State University.
