Phillip Browne

Vice President, Communications at National Notary Association

Phillip Browne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Phillip started their career as a reporter for the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin in 1993 and worked in the same role for the Ventura County Star from 1997 to 1998. Browne then joined the Daily News of Los Angeles as a senior reporter from 1998 to 2000, before transitioning to become the editorial director at Zone Communications Inc. where they led editorial and communications efforts. In 2001, they returned to the Daily News of Los Angeles as the assistant metro editor until 2005 when they joined the National Notary Association as the vice president of communications. Most recently, Browne has served as the convention manager for the ICCC - Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention since 2017.

Phillip Browne attended California State University, Fullerton from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism.
