Brian Hubbard

Brian Hubbard is an experienced professional currently serving as an Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Operations Officer at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, where responsibilities include operating UAS for environmental data collection. Previously, Brian held various positions at NOAA, including Finance Section Officer and Programs Section Officer, and gained flight experience with an FAA Type Rating in the King Air B350. As a Certified Flight Instructor at Hub Learning Systems, Brian holds multiple flight certifications. With extensive experience in program management at Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa, Brian oversaw AmeriCorps placements and developed strategic partnerships. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Professional Writing from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a Master of Education in Youth Development and Leadership from the University of Minnesota, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Professional Aviation from Lake Superior College.
