David Davis

David Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital services and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Branch Chief at NOAA's Office of Human Capital Services since December 2014. David has held various key roles within NOAA, including Senior Workforce Strategist and Acting Division Director, and previously worked as Division Manager at New West Technologies, LLC, where David focused on strategic planning and program performance. David's early career includes positions at the City of Rockville, U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, EarthData International, and the National Gallery of Art.
