Deirdre Powell White

Deirdre Powell White, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in training and development. Currently serving as a Training Subject Matter Expert, Facilitator, and Leadership Coach at NOAA since January 2021, Ms. White also holds the position of Executive Director at The DPW Foundation, which Deirdre founded in 2012. Her prior roles include Training Subject Matter Expert at LMI, President/CEO of DPW Training & Associates, LLC, and Principal at American Management Systems, among others. Ms. White has a proven track record of significantly increasing revenue and staffing at DPW Training & Associates, developing corporate strategy, and managing extensive budgets. An alumna of James Madison University with an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, Ms. White is recognized for her contributions to the field and has been featured in prestigious business publications.
