Jennifer Stewart is an experienced professional in technology transfer and program management. Currently serving as the NOAA Technology Transfer Program Manager and previously as the Applied Technology Program Specialist at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration since August 2023, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge from various roles, including Regional Coordinator and leadership positions at the Federal Laboratory Consortium from February 2021 to September 2024. Jennifer's extensive background at the Naval Surface Warfare Center spans over a decade, focusing on technology and intellectual property brokerage, assisting Department of Defense programs with policy compliance, and project management within metrology. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from California Baptist University.
