Lindsey Palardy

Lindsey Palardy serves as the Chief of Staff for the Office of Low Earth Orbit Observations at NOAA, with a background that includes significant roles in communications and policy within several NOAA offices and related organizations. Experience spans managing policy and strategic communications activities, supporting legislative and project management efforts, and leading communications teams focused on engaging Congress and federal agencies. Previous positions include Communications and Policy Specialist for the NOAA Marine Debris Program, Campaigns Specialist for the National Wildlife Federation, and Development Manager at Aspen Youth Center. Lindsey holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, an M.A. in Environmental Studies from Brown University, and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
