Terence J. Williams

Terence J. Williams, PMP/FAC-PM III, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering. Currently serving as the Founder, President, and CEO of T.J. Williams Enterprises LLC since September 2020, Terence also holds the position of Deputy Director in the Platform Acquisitions Division at NOAA since July 2019. With over 25 years of honorable service in the United States Coast Guard, Terence has a solid background as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Math/Engineering from Jackson State University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and current studies towards a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Leadership and Management at Walden University.
