Head Ocean Informatics at National Oceanography Centre

Alberto Arribas has a diverse and extensive work experience in various scientific and technological roles. Alberto is currently the Head of Ocean Informatics at the National Oceanography Centre. Prior to this, they served as a Scientific Committee Member at the European Environment Agency. Alberto Arribas completed their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a PhD in Physics with a specialization in Climate Change from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1999 to 2002.
