Mark Engel has extensive experience in the wireless industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at N-ear since September 2019. Prior to this, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of National Orders, where they specialized in managing, building, and procuring wireless equipment and networks. Mark also worked as a Wireless Advisory Consultant for multiple startup companies and existing organizations, assisting in developing, deploying, and marketing wireless and data solutions. Mark had a role as the VP of Operations and Board Member at Net Wireless, where they played a key role in hiring and developing teams, and creating a high-revenue Indirect Channel for Nextel Sprint. Previously, they were a Regional Director at Sprint Nextel, where they were part of the launch team and had the highest producing team in the country, earning multiple regional and national recognitions.

Mark Engel attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology Project Management. Prior to this, from 1994 to 1997, they attended Golden Gate University, focusing on Business/Corporate Communications. Mark's education history also includes attending FIDM from 1983 to 1985, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Merchandising and Buying Operations.
