Marian Cosmin Craciun

Marian Cosmin Craciun is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Services for Europe, UK, and Africa at Genpact since October 2012, Marian has played a key role in regional business decisions, business integration, margin enhancement programs, and government collaboration for state subsidies. Previous positions at Genpact include Assistant Vice President and Europe FP&A Lead, and Senior Finance Manager, where Marian successfully led multi-cultural teams and finance transformation projects. Marian's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Finance Manager, supporting financial consultancy and forecasting for a major telecom player, and also includes an early role as an Accounts Payable Business Analyst at Genpact. Academically, Marian holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Additionally, Marian contributes to the National Organization of Romanian Scouts as a volunteer, supporting non-formal education for local children.
