Francesca Fierro O'Reilly

Francesca Fierro O'Reilly currently serves as the Vice President of Advocacy at the National PACE® Association, a role held since January 2017. Previous positions include Vice President of Government Affairs at the American Clinical Laboratory Association and Senior Director of Government Relations at the American Health Care Association. Francesca has an extensive background in government relations with roles at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Parkinson's Action Network, and the National Association of Social Workers. Earlier in the career, Francesca was a campaign staffer for David Price for Congress and served as a Legislative Assistant and Caseworker in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, respectively. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College and a Master of Public Administration in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
