Mia L. Phifer

Mia L. Phifer serves as the Senior Vice President of Quality and Compliance at the National PACE® Association since July 2017, previously holding the position of Vice President of Quality. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The George Washington University Hospital as Divisional Director of Quality Management and Professional Development, and at Lutheran Senior Healthcare as Vice President and Executive Director. Additional roles encompass Quality Assurance Director at Essex County Hospital Center, Local Compliance Officer at Saint Barnabas Health Care System, and Compliance Officer at QMedCare of New Jersey. Mia began a career in healthcare quality with positions at Jewish Home & Hospital and served as Manager of Quality and Training at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Jurisprudence with a focus on Health Care Law from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
