Alicia Leuba

Alicia is a nonprofit executive with deep experience protecting and stewarding natural, cultural, and agricultural places. She has worked with organizations, networks, and collaboratives across the globe to build capacity and drive collective impact. Throughout her career, she’s been committed to expanding the number of people who experience and care about the nation’s special places.

Before joining the National Park Foundation, Alicia served as Executive Vice President and Principal at the Red Bridge Group. She has worked with public agencies and nonprofits, including the National Park Service and park partners, to assemble and lead unique teams of experts and community stakeholders to find innovative solutions to protect and transform open spaces and public places into relevant, accessible, and equitable resources.
