Raina Regan

Program Manager, Communications And Outreach at National Park Service

Raina Regan is a seasoned professional in historic preservation and cultural resources management, currently serving as Program Manager for Communications and Outreach at the National Park Service since October 2024. Previously, Raina worked as a Program Analyst and NPS Liaison for Grants Programs at the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation from November 2021 to October 2024. Raina's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation as Director of the Easement Program and Senior Manager of Easements, as well as a position as Community Preservation Specialist at Indiana Landmarks. Raina started an early career as an Architectural Historian with the Indiana National Guard and gained foundational experience through internships and graduate assistantships at Ball State University and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Raina holds a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Visual Culture from Michigan State University.
