Rita Moss is the current Associate Director of Workforce & Inclusion at the National Park Service. Rita has held various HR positions at different companies over the past 20 years. Rita started their career as the Director of Human Resources at the Appalachian Regional Commission in 2001. Rita then became the Chief of Organization Development and Consulting & Chief of HR Service Center at NGA in 2004. In 2008, they became the Director of Human Resources at Defense Media Activity. In 2010, they joined Millennium Challenge Corporation as Managing Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources. Rita then became Senior Executive Human Resources at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in 2012. Most recently, they have been with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since 2017.
Rita Moss has a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland University College, and certification from Human Resources Certification Institute and SHRM in Senior Professional in HR.
