Tosin E. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as an HR Generalist at the New America Foundation in 2008 and worked there until 2013. They then joined Food & Water Watch as an HR Manager, where they provided guidance on human capital issues, managed diversity and inclusion efforts, and advised on HR policies and employee benefits. In 2018, Tosin became the Manager of Benefits and HR at the Edison Electric Institute for a brief period. In 2019, they joined EarthRights International as the Global HR Manager and later took on the role of Senior HR Manager. Currently, Tosin is the Human Resources Director at the National Parks Conservation Association, a position they started in 2023.
Tosin E. attended Bowie State University from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology. In addition to their formal education, Tosin E. obtained certifications in Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution from Coursera in February 2019, and Conflict Resolution Skills from Coursera in January 2019.
