Ravi Gupta

Ravi Gupta is an experienced professional in the financial services and payments sector, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the overall P&L of RuPay and fostering relationships with partners and member banks. Prior to NPCI, Ravi held the position of Senior Executive at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank from December 2020 to March 2023, focusing on customer care management and complaint analysis. Ravi's experience also includes an operations role at Paytm, where analysis of customer complaints and collaboration with cross-functional teams were key responsibilities, as well as a Senior Executive position at Concentrix, specializing in banking transaction processing. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from the School of Management Sciences in Varanasi, completed in 2016.
