Christina Diaz

Christina Diaz is an experienced professional in site experience and digital production with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Director of Site Experience at Pens.com since September 2020, Christina has advanced through various roles, including Sr. Manager and Global Site Merchandising Manager. Prior to Pens.com, Christina held multiple leadership positions at Petco from March 2005 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing web design and content management, directing digital production, and producing engaging content in collaboration with marketing teams. Additionally, Christina contributed to community initiatives as a Strategy Team Member for San Diego Women's Week and has extensive experience in call center supervision from time spent at Aradiant Corporation. Christina holds an AA degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Grossmont Community College.
