David Stepien

David Stepien is currently serving as the Site Experience Manager at Pens.com since September 2023 and is a Co-Founder of Conversion Stash, launched in May 2023, which focuses on providing a comprehensive resource directory for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practitioners. Prior to these roles, David held the position of CRO Manager at Fashion ID GmbH & Co. KG from February 2023 to May 2023, and worked as a Senior Conversion Manager and Manager of Online Marketing at VNR Verlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft AG from January 2017 to February 2023. David Stepien holds a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Cologne University of Applied Sciences (2017-2021), is a CXL Certified Optimizer (2019-2020), and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Medienwirtschaft from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (2013-2016).
