Debra Falk is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the philanthropic sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at the National Philanthropic Trust since May 2014, Debra has also held roles as Associate General Counsel and Gift Planning Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Debra was an Associate at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP from September 2007 to October 2013, and gained initial experience as a Sentencing Commission Intern for the New Jersey Commission To Review Criminal Sentencing in mid-2005. Additionally, Debra was a Postdoctoral Intramural Research Training Award Fellow at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development from October 2002 to July 2004. Debra obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University in 2002.
